I do not consent to the use of AI transcription, summarisation, or note taking tools in any meeting or interaction in which I am present, mentioned, or otherwise a subject, unless I have been explicitly notified in advance and have given my express agreement.
If AI transcription, summarisation, or note taking tools are used, regardless of whether I have given my consent, I do not acknowledge or accept any AI-generated output as an accurate or authoritative record of my words, meaning, or intent. Any such output should be regarded solely as an unverified and potentially inaccurate or fictional account.
If AI-generated transcripts, summaries, or notes are to be treated as more than a fictional account of a meeting or interaction, my explicit confirmation must be sought and recorded with respect to any portion that relates to me, my contributions, information about me of public or confidential nature, or my intended meaning. Without such confirmation, no AI-generated content may be attributed to me as an accurate reflection of my words or intent.
